The Hub is a prophetic and creative center where people encounter God, discover purpose, and build family.

Our culture is simple but powerful: “You’re not alone. This is a safe place, and You Belong.”

The Hub began as a small gathering of hungry believers in a humble business office. At that time, it was called “The Prophets’ Well.” Between 12 and 17 people came faithfully drawn not by programs, but by Presence.

In that intimate space, God began to dig deep wells of prayer, prophecy, and transformation. It was a season of foundation, a training ground for what was to come.

After a prophetic conversation with Prophet Denise Ransom, the name was changed to “The Prophetic Hub.” That shift marked more than a new name, it marked a new assignment. The Hub became a place of alignment, activation, and apostolic flow.

By the third year, the ministry had expanded beyond a prophetic gathering into a full expression of community, creativity, and Kingdom culture. Today, it stands as The Hub, a home for encounter, a family of faith, and a center for purpose.

Now nine years later, The Hub continues to grow, building leaders, shaping culture, and reminding every person who walks through its doors:

T.K. Sherman is a husband, father, U.S. Navy veteran, and visionary leader from Chicago. An ordained Elder under Archbishop William Hudson III, he’s spent 25 years empowering people to live with clarity, purpose, and faith.

A purpose coach, entrepreneur, real estate investor, and President of Sherman Investment Group, T.K. is known as “The Purpose Coach & Assetpreneur,” inspiring others through his mantra: Drive. Focus. Determination.

Founder of The Hub and Director of The Purpose Center, he equips communities through spiritual growth, financial literacy, and leadership training. A graduate of Columbia College and Rhema Institute of Theology (M.Div.), T.K. has produced 100+ live events, renovated 150+ homes, and authored several books including The Process of Purpose, Financial Literacy 101, and Dream.

An honorable husband, devoted father, U.S. Navy veteran, and trailblazing leader, T.K. Sherman is a nationally recognized purpose coach, serial entrepreneur (Assetpreneur), real estate investor, certified U.S. Army instructor, licensed Mason, and spiritual leader. Hailing from Chicago, he has built a legacy of empowerment, community impact, and transformational leadership.

Ordained as an Elder at Powerhouse Chicago Ministries under Archbishop William Hudson III, T.K. has devoted his life to preaching the Gospel for the last 25 years, guiding individuals in their spiritual journeys, and helping them discover purpose, clarity, and fulfillment in every area of life.

T.K. earned a Bachelor of Arts from Columbia College and a Master of Divinity from Rhema Institute of Theology, combining academic excellence with spiritual wisdom to equip others to walk in purpose and authority.

As President of Sherman Investment Group, T.K. is known as “The Purpose Coach & Assetpreneur,” inspiring individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners to live intentionally and strategically. Through his empowering mantra Drive. Focus. Determination. He teaches practical strategies for personal growth, financial literacy, and spiritual alignment, helping others turn vision into action.

T.K. created The HUB nine years ago, a thriving community and outreach ministry designed to empower, equip, and connect people. Through this platform, he produces Encounters of the God Kind, an annual spiritual gathering that invites participants into divine insight, revelation, and purpose. He also leads The Purpose Center, a nonprofit dedicated to providing financial literacy training, vocational skills, and life-building resources for communities.

In entrepreneurship and entertainment, T.K. has produced over 100 live events, collaborated with national artists such as Shekinah Glory, the Chicago Mass Choir, and Donald Lawrence, and successfully renovated over 150 homes, managing a portfolio of 20+ rental properties. His innovative projects include transforming a 10,000-square-foot building into a multi-use hub for community empowerment.
